Colmen to challenge recount in court


ST. PAUL - Norm Coleman will go to the courts in hopes of returning to the U.S. Senate.

Coleman announced this afternoon his campaign will contest the results of the statewide recount that gave him 225 fewer votes than Democrat Al Franken.

Boys basketball: Somerset rallies to defeat Ellsworth


ELLSWORTH - Despite leading for much of the game, Ellsworth couldn't close out Somerset on Tuesday evening. The Spartans took the lead with 35 seconds to go on Luke Buerkley's 3-pointer and went on to win 58-56 in Middle Border Conference action.

Judge cuts damages, relieves city $200,000
